Essentially I'm a very amateur guitar player, but would really like to be able to play Can't Get Shot in the Back. Anyhow, anyone know how to play it? at least the basics of it.

MM used to be an outlet for creative new music, and it actually had an agenda of bringing the ideals and thoughts of a younger generation to light. But now its just celebrity lifestyles and general crap.

I thought it was good, really enjoyed the concepts of Heaven and Hell it developed. Of course Keanu cant's act,, and there's wasn't enough round house kicking to really justify him in the movie. Talk about a guy who gets by on his looks (not necessarily good, just the 'right' look)

I really only just started listening to AOF.. its too bad I skipped an opportunity to see them while I was in Ottawa ;)

Weapon for sure.. the videoraphy in that video was simply fantastic. He didn't win that Juno for nothing! Although I love the story based videos on Apparitions and Strange Days as well.

bet your happy you waited for your Ipod! New ones with much longer battery life coming out,, that's sweet. I was lucky I at least got the discount on mine (they plunged $100 in price like 28 days after I bought it). And Futureshop gave me the difference.

That intro did rock, he played it in Ottawa before he began with Apparitions. I was a little dissapointed when it didn't play in Montreal.. but.. if it had lead into 21st Century Living.... man.. I love that song. Definitly woulda been jism city.

My second place would have to be Weapon as someone mentionned.. in Montreal it totally rocked. As for the guy who asked about Apparitions, I believe he played the acoustic version at every stop (that I know of at least).

I'd like to have that song... [email protected] Its on of my favs and I never heard the slow version. He played the fast version in Montreal during this tour... though I think it may only have been half the song, lead right into Put out your Lights.

He did a phenomenal job with Blue Skies over Badlands on the tour... And I never heard Buffalo Seven at either concert ;)

Just to stick my ignorant nose into it.. I think Ralph is a dope. I did a workterm in Fort McMurray and remember hearing Ralphy say some pretty stupid things while I was there. One occured why the teachers were on strike.. and he made a reference to a trip to China he took. While there he talked to a teacher in China and remarked that they weren't complaining and teachers in Alberta had it much better than them... Another was when he was proposing an additional tax for water I believe, and said it was a good idea because countries in Europe did it. Now, I won't say he's a bad politician or a bad leader, cause frankly i don't know... but.... I guess there's no real point I just wanted to share my stories. I hope I don't get yelled at, cause last time I said this I got chewed out pretty good ;) Mainly cause the person took it as a crack against Alberta in general,, which it wasn't.. most of our premiers (newfoundland) have been dopes too :angry:

It'll be really interesting to see if this gets off the ground at all. It does have potential... But talk about increasing the the fizure(sp?) in the states,,,
