Hey all,
Years ago I saw the below quote written on a classroom blackboard and I've admired it ever since. It wasn't attributed to anyone, and searching for it on Google has hinted to me that Matthew Good wrote it. So what I'm asking is: Did he for sure write it? If so, what exactly was it -- a song, a poem, a manifesto, a blog entry?
"Welcome to today
How do you feel?
This is what today looks like
Is it what you expected?
There will come a time when you will
wake up and realize that there will come a time
when you will not
There will come a time
when the version of you on this day
will seem stupid
It is not your fault."
Thanks.
