i really want to get away from the emo acoustic guitar rock that panic button has come to mean over the last few years. in truth i'm a little sick of it all. as anton said i've been playing under the name panic button for almost four years. it just feels like the end. i really like the name mumsy, so we'll probably go with that.

I agree with Anton. It would have been much better as a 4 or 5 track ep.

i just found out that someone i knew in highschool lost her mom due to breast cancer. i tried this in april, and it didn't go over the way i wanted it to due to time constraints and a lot of unfair negativity. i can't promise anything this time around, but i'm going to make more of an effort to keep this going, because it's something that's really important to me. the idea is to donate 50% of the proceeds from my upcoming full length album death on parade, the live at the rockwater dvd, and if possible play benefit shows to raise money for the canadian breast cancer foundation. it's all up in the air right now, but i'd really like to give it another shot.
