I remember from the special site off Avalanche a shorter version of NF that didn't have the intro if I remember correctly. Has anyone else heard it?

Right now I should be at the gym but I'm too stuffed with Xmas baking. Gotta love Xmas baking.

I really like working out and wondered if anyone else enjoys going to the gym as much as me. I find it keeps me in good shape and is a good stress reliever, especially during final times. Just the other day at the gym Strange Days came over the radio and I chuckled to myself. Not quite lifting music to say the least.

I think Fated is the most depressing.

Does any hear listen to the Cafe Del Mar series? My friend gave me a couple of mp3 cd's of it and I'm finding it pretty hit or miss. Some of it is really relaxing and cool, and some just doesn't vibe well with me. Anyone listen to this stuff and if yes what album would you rcomend listening to? I've got a whole bunch here.

Ex Pats is my favourite on a decent album.
