  1. Ashtray Rock was one of my favourite albums last year. Absolutely brilliant. ;)
  2. I would think that you just come up with a question regarding the topic and he'd probably be thrilled to answer it. Personally, when I met him, it was back when he played here in Sarnia, and I got the chance to tell him that it was the first time I'd been in that theatre in three years because of my own bipolarity was causing severe panic attacks when I ran into my ex, who I met while I was a volunteer at the theatre. Best. Hug. Ever. ;) The best part: I get to follow it up nine days from now and this time, I'm not going to panic, because I know I can do it.
  3. A peice of bread and butter
  4. Matt Good is fucking awesome. That's all there is to it. ;) Who else has signed your guitar?

  6. I thought it was some weird subliminal advertising thing Matt found and decided to post after becoming overly frustrated with the commercials laced between the TV movie he was trying to watch.

    Dreams

I didn't have a dream to note of per say in the past week or so, but I did have the worst deja-vu moment possible today. A few months ago, I drempt that my ex got a job at the office where I work, and because of the nature of the break up and my depression problems since, I actually went through a panic attack in the dream. My asshole ex-boyfriend's desk is about 10 desks down from mine. ;)
  8. Dancing with the Stars (my guilty pleasure reality show)
  9. Large Tim Horton's steeped tea (Double double w/milk), old fashion sugar donut
  10. Three words: Great Big Sea. Ages ago, when I had time to go to our local gym, the treadmills used to have VCRs at each station. I always used to bring in a GBS concert special - and then proceed to walk to the beat of each song. By the end of Mari-Mac, I was going four miles an hour. ;)
  11. A piece of my sister's first pie. The crust was a packaged Pillsbary one and she slightly burnt it, but for the most part, she did very well. ;)
  12. Lost, second to last episode for the season. Good stuff.
  13. Iron Man (Loved it. ;))
  14. Rice Krispies with vanilla flavour - they taste like Rice Krispie squares. ;)
  15. RE: Harrison: You know your band is good when that is your third best songwriter. (You also know your band is good when there are people who will argue that he's not the third best - but rather THE best.) Oh, and for those of us that are some 45 years too late to enjoy looking at George Harrison in the glory days of the Beatles, here's one for you: Anyway, more contributions: My first crush ever. ;) The first guy I ever saw on MuchMusic when my house finally got cable.
  16. On the whole, I'm not a fan of war movies (which it is essentially), but I actually went out and bought Children of Men after I first saw it. No single movie on the face of the planet has made me cry more than that one. Last DVD: Law & Order: SVU Season 6
  17. British humour is an extremely aquired taste if you live this side of the pond and chances are the only reason you get it is because you have close realtives who are British - in my case, my closest British relation being my father, who was rased in Manchester. I grew up in an house saturated in Beatles, Corrie (Fuck Eastenders ;)), Man United and Monty Python. Last thing I watched: the news.
  18. Sicko. It made me quit bitching about how I will have to pay a bit extra if I have to go through therapy and made me realize that sitting in a hospital's emergency waiting room for an hour and a half isn't THAT bad.
  19. While browsing through the posts this evening, I found quite a few expressing love towards BNL and the new kids' CD, Snacktime. Personally, Stunt was one of the first non-Beatle CDs I ever bought and I was hooked. Shamefully, due to the fact Sarnia's so far out of the way of everything when you don't drive, I've only been able to see them three times with the last actually being here in Sarnia during the same Bayfest the organizers pissed off Matt. So yeah, Barenaked Ladies rock. ;)
