Life's a bitch, and then you die.

I don't know if I'm the only one here who thinks this, but I adore the solo in Big City Life. I've always been able to picture it as a Guitar Hero song. Having said that, I think Hello Time Bomb or Load Me Up would be the choice for the game makers. I actually wish deep down inside they would do a Guitar Hero: Canada and make sure that a good portion of the game is dedicated to the rock stuff from the '90's, early 2000's.

I don't know exactly what they were about, but for three nights in a row, I actually had dreams that had some kind of resolution. Kind of like stories, there's been a begining, a middle and an end.

It was a great venue last year for the acoustic show. Not so much for a rock show. People wanted to get up and dance and you just can't do that at the Imperial. I'm not complaining, though. He apperently hated this place at some point, but he gave us a second chance, and now it's all good.

You read my mind. ;)

I have to make a very special contribution. This, my friends, is the hottest thing I have ever seen grace the stage at Imperial Theatre since the last time I saw my youth theatre group's designated cross dresser in a performance:

Do You Want/think Matt Should Start Up Mgb Again?
MissEmily replied to James's topic in Matthew Good
It really wouldn't mater to me if he reformed MGB. The first CD of his I bought was Audio of Being, and Avalanche was the album that sold me for life, so most of my education about his music came as he was embarking on his solo career. Even now, I still much prefer his solo work and I just can't picture Dave's guitar playing doing it any justice. (I'm not a fan of his guitar work. It's very one dimensional and Matt's new stuff is everything but.) -
A wee bit disrespectful if I do say so myself.

The Death Of Bo Diddley
MissEmily replied to bishopx's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
I don't really own much of his work, but I know who he is and his indirect impact on my guitar playing. Such a shame. ;) -
Bruce McCulloch. Anyone who gets that fucking rocks. ;)

That's cool. I'm not going to need that much extra then. I'm selling off my original tickets (I got a closer seat near some friends after my other friend had to back out), so I'll have a bit extra to spare for the hoodie.
-
 Please tell me this wasn't a Toronto-only thing. ;) The hoodie: how much are we talking about? I knew it was probably going to be expensive, but I'm thinking of splurging and I need to know how much money I'm going to need to take out before arriving.

Yes! Totally using the spoiler tag for this one. SPOILER (Highlight to View) I thought for a moment that he was on the boat with Jin and Michael when it exploded, but then I remembered the whole Ben VS. Widmore and how anti-climatic it would be to kill off Desmond. And then I saw him in the helicopter and I was relieved. :)

My mom almost had me at a Roy Orbison concert. He played here four days before I was born. ;)
-
Well, I was satisfied. ;)
-
I'll play. OK, front door, back door, LED light, old whistle from Girl Guide days, United keychain. (Some buy theirs in Paris, I buy mine at Old Trafford. ;))
-
I just got back from that one. I liked it. It was fun. ;)
-
I wasn't. I was actually quite relieved. I had set my timer, and when I got around to watching it, I found Grey's Anatomy and I started to freak. I calmed down after I remembered that CTV.ca now has full episodes on their website. Of course, when I go there, it wasn't yet posted. Turns out, I got my season finalies mixed up. Merci beaucoup for the banner.
