Not sure if I can post this or not but Matt linked it from his page. It's the performance of 99% from Philly.

I will not be making the trip tonight. My sister and I went to see Matt this past weekend at the Niagara Falls and Rochester shows. Unfortunately we live like 6 or 7 hours from the city.
-
I'd say I'm partial too Dusk Breath of a Nation Extradoridnary Fades We're So Heavy Volcanoes I, The Throw Away Just a few that came to mind.

The videos are pretty solid Krista. I will admit since going to both shows that the crowd was better in Rochester than in Niagara Falls. I really don't remember there being problems with people talking when he played at either Club Infinity or The Town Ballroom in Buffalo, maybe it's just escaping me and I could be wrong. I think a smaller venue with less people helped that out a little bit but either way both of the New York shows were solid and had a good variety of songs. I was surprised and glad he started with Police Cars on Saturday night and threw Fated in there too. Last time I saw Matt acoustic in Buffalo he ended up playing Fated even though it wasn't on the set list..

Was at the Niagara Falls show last night and I loved the song choices, the crowd on the other hand wasn't the best. Matt looked sort of frustrated throughout the entire show. I got the setlist and he signed it after the show, it was as follow Load Me Up Life Beyond the Minimum Safe Distance So Long Mrs. Smith Born Losers While We Were Hunting Rabbits Avalanche Strange Days How It Goes Silent Army In The Trees Alert Status Red Fine Art of Falling Apart Suburbia Prime Time Deliverance Apparitions Encore Champions of Nothing Metal Airplanes Tripoli Generation X Wing He originally didn't have load me up on the setlist and had omissions of the omen on but didn't play it. I'll be in Rochester tonight hoping for another great show, hopefully better crowd.

I was at the Montreal show last night and I enjoyed it. The new songs translate real well live and hearing Rabbits was an absolutely terrific moment. It definitely was something I'll never forget. As for the new guitarist, I really didn't have a problem with him. You could see and tell he plays some of the songs different than Stu but it didn't necessarily take away. Matt was funny last night and very talkative.
-
He played for about an hour and a half last night in Buffalo, maybe a bit under but still for that time he was going nuts. He had tons of energy and seemed to enjoy himself. That was my take on it. Crowd was good sized but seemed to want to talk more than listen, quite annoying.

I thought the Ottawa show last night was solid, probably one of the better Matt Good shows I've seen. Crowd seemed good, Matt and the band were solid last night. The banter was hilarious, had me in stitches and I'll say it was amazing how quiet it was when Matt would sing the quiet parts in slow songs. I'm ready for Massey Hall now. -

In Kingston Mother Mother took the stage at 8 and Matt came out a few minutes after 9. I'm assuming that it's the same way tonight -
Ahh tonight in Ottawa will be #11 and Toronto next Saturday will be #12. First one was in 2003 at Super X. 9 bucks to get in for the day and the concert was essentially free.

I don't have a picture yet but I bought a shirt. It's grayish, I think they had it as silver. It has the bird with something that looks like a map on the left corner by the shoulder and it says Matthew Good on it toward the middle but a little off centered and under the bird. I don't know if that helped but I tried heh. I will say that the shirt I bought as yellow marks all over it that looks like hi-lighter. That's upsetting but only barely noticeable.

Classic Macho Man and Mean Gene promo. Love it

Now that I've had some rest, I did notice how good the sound was there. I watched Tool play in the same venue over the summer and don't remember the sound being that good, but then again I was right next to a speaker. I was laughing when Matt was "mocking" the crowd during LMU. I do agree though that the crowd was real lame, even during the encore half of my area didn't even get up which is ridiculous. Also a real annoying girl behind me who yelled continually during the encore, I would never hit a girl but that was the closest I think I've ever came to doing so. I think I'm just ranting about nothing so like someone said above, I'll also be in Ottawa at the NAC on December 11th which should be good, it's a nice venue for a concert. -

Was at the show tonight in Kingston. The band played well and it was a real good show Despite playing the "hits" Matt seemed disgusted playing them, letting the crowd sing most of Time Bomb and Load Me Up. I was pleasantly surprised at how good "Last Parade" and "Empty's Theme Park" turned out to be live. Probably my two favorite songs of the night along with a rocking version of "I'm A Window." After some sleep maybe I'll post more, I'm exhausted. -
My last two jobs well including one I currently hold have been sweet. The job before the one I have now was working at a grocery store. Now I know it doesn't sound too appealing but I worked grocery and the folks that worked with me were all my age and we had an awesome time every shift, despite it being a piss poor job. Currently I work for Pepsi as a merchandiser/warehouse lackey. Pepsi hooks up their employees like you wouldn't believe. Over the summer four of us who work in the warehouse got free tickets to a Yankees game in New York City, 17 rows from the field behind home plate. It was absolutely amazing. Plus, the pay is good.
