five foot five inches, fine sir.

i already need to eat/live healthier. my weight is fine, but because i don't eat meat, i'm less muscly then i should be. higher body fat percentage. oh well. i'm lazy and as long as i'm under 140 i don't care.

i would love to see that happen. edit: did anyone else expect more, like i did? this is just an oversized racoon thing.

if its a big place, their might be a seperate cleaning staff for the washroom and for the kitchen. and you can always tip off the health unit if you feel some place isn't up to regulations. they check out every tip they get.

140 becomes 150 and 150 becomes 160 and next thing you know, i can't get the seatbelt across me. it's easier for me to lose 5 lbs than to lose 50.

if i get over 140lbs, it's strict dieting for me. i have overweightness in my genes and that's just not how i roll.

i'm just thinking that you play a season (sitting on the bench as you say) and you get paid crap because you are new and won't be playing much. next year, you get in some unforunate accident and you can't play anymore. you have little money and no nll future.

and some things maybe clean, but don't look it. if that makes sense...

i signed up but i don't know how to do anything.

you cannot do those cities justice in one day. we spent 3 full days exploring ottawa and a tiny bit of quebec and we barely made a dent. and i think i have shin splints. i would definately go to the art gallery of ontario. i think it's my favourite place in toronto. it's fun to just ride the subway and people watch. i've enver been up the cn tower and i don't think i will ever be able to. way too scary. you should go to smith falls and go to the hershey factory and get chocolate. we were there today on our way home and now we have enough chocolate to feed a small army. or my younger sister.

adam: sucks that your family tournament sport is golf. my is beach volleyball. i've never played but it looks like fun.

we must remember that people are needed here too. my grandfather wasn't allowed to go to war because he worked at a rubber manufacturing place. but if the forces want a weak vegetarian that faints without warning, they can have me. i wouldn't make boot camp.
