I dont think the movie was all it could be... it reeked of wonderful potential unfulfilled. Although i totally see how hard it would be to fill Bryan Singer's shoes... the man is a great director. I would've liked to see the actual pheonix form instead of some ugly Zombie thing, tho.. wings of psychic flame and all that from the cartoon. Good times. All said, i wasnt THAT disappointed... it was quite an enjoyable movie.. tho archangel WAS completely unneccesary.. or at least misused. Bitches... i always liked him.

yeah but... "I Love Matt Good sooooo much!! Wanna know HOW much?? LEARN TO MAKE SCRAP BOOKS!!! THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE HIM!!" It would actually be super awesome if that was the case.

i thought Avalanche went Platinum.. im probably wrong tho.. Matt Good's a pretty big deal in Vancouver still.. I dont know anyone who doesnt at least KNOW about him. I know a lot of people who dont care or dislike him, but.. yeah.. at least they know of him. And most of the people who like him either really like him, or respect him more than most artists, even if they dont LOVE his music. I felt that Avalanche was a pretty big deal (well.. maybe only within my lil bubble), and was almost a return to the popularity of Beautiful Midnight.. there was an hour long special or something on MuchMusic that had him talking about his new album, and showed him making the new videos for Weapon and World Called Catastrophe. And Weapon was a huge single.. in Vancouver, anyways.. Anyway... In a Coma is a greatest hits... and those RARELY sell anywhere near to a proper release.. unless marketed properly.. and we've already covered how that doesnt happen above the border.
