I only read this thread to point out the terrible grammar of the title: "What's The Latest Blog Post Mean" if we expand the ' we get "What is the latest blog post mean" which clearly makes no sense. I think what you meant was "What does the latest blog post mean" And to that effect, I have no opinion.

It was a joke... I not only have Word, but OpenOffice as well.

I think Anton is onto something with it being a cable problem... there is likely a breakdown in the line need the connector that was disturbed when you installed the mouse.

Or you know, you could just disconnect from the internet. That would be just as practical. Ouch... I guess I'll just have to go play super break out now, and wish I could edit documents in Microsoft Word... ;)

Just to add something to the original topic: It's a hard fact that some programs graduate more people then there are jobs for. Engineering is no exception. At my university we graduate far too many EPs. If you throw out the market demand for a degree then all fields equalize, end of story. btw ;)

I have some comments on difficulty based on my university: 1. English and Social/Humanitis are Class 1 tuition, that means they cost less than 'hard' sciences or engineering 2. First year engineers take 6 classes per term, that is 18 c.u. An Arts & Sci major cannot take more than 15 c.u. in a term without special permission from the dean. 3. Disproportionate graduates to work force demand. My university graduates huge numbers of people from English, Philosophy, etc, each year. The job demand for these degrees is so far bellow the number of graduates, that the degree ends up having virtually no real value. 4. A & S students seem to have time to protest rising tuition fees, while all the people in 'real' programs are actually studying and doing work. If the degree was worth the money, then you wouldn't be worried about the amount of debt. I don't write off that any of these degrees are not worth while, but there is a serious lack of quality in some of these departments. Sciences and Engineering tend to only attract the kind of people that can do the work.

How about the tank with broken cannon, the patch from the last tour.

My tips are: Spiff up your resume, Lean shamelessly on your contacts, Figure out places you want to work, find out important people names, and cold call them (I email, but same diff) That failing, go back to school and get a real degree sucka ERTW!!!!

Word of warning: The pill is not 100% effective. A variety of factors including, but not limited to, stress, illness, other medications, can and will cause it to fail. I know a girl who had it fail. The hard part is (no pun), that with some of the risk factors, you might not know you've had reduced protection until after the fact. Sex, regardless of protection, always carries the risk of pregnancy so if your doing it, then you should be aware of that consequence. What is this thread about anyway?

Right, asked and answered. ;)

I wouldn't use bland... it's simply different... raw perhaps, lyrical, deeper...

It's like paint on a canvas. You could go darker. You can't remove any existing line (without acid or lasers). So yes, it can be covered if it can be incorporated, or blacked out.

Lauren is a better internet friend than Anton ;)

errr, I believe all reasonable information has come out here... One question, why do you keep your pin written down dude? That is "universally stupid"

Though crass, m.J. has the point spot on.

Do you like it when men wax their bodies and strut around in speedos Xandi?

I had deliberately used the term 'slander' since in original form songs are spoken. I concur with your sentiment about post count arguments...
