hahaha this is awesome. Do these fellows take themselves seriously? With more practice, Hello Time Bomb would be a good instrumental track. It sounds like the don't know the song. I really like the chorus, minus vocals. I really like what they did with fated, but again, minus vocals.

oh the level three ;) the first time i did shrooms i saw a sticker on a van that said "Go Vegetarian" and i was like "I AM VEGETARIAN!" and i laughed for what felt like an hour but was probably fifteen seconds. My list has grown quite a bit this year. 2005 introduced me to PCP, DXM and Hash, hash being the only one i'll ever do again, because i'm not a fan of chemicals. Weed, shrooms and alcohol will be in my heart forever.

Picaresque is an incredible album, in my opinion, the best of the year, and i doubt they'll follow it up with something as-good or better, but that's not because they're on a major label, that's because Picaresque was near-perfection, but all the indie-kids will blame the label. I can't say i care, as long as the music is excellent. I know if i were offered any deal, i'd take it if i thought it would offer me any sort of security.

I have no idea what gets released as singles, since i don't watch tv or listen to radio or follow single releases, so i'll steal from Bizud's... Queens of the Stone Age - "Little Sister" Andrew Bird - A Nervous Tic Motion of the Head to the Left The Killers - Mr. Brightside Coldplay - Speed of Sound Arcade Fire - Rebellion (Lies) Buck 65 - Kennedy Killed the Hat Green Day - Jesus of Suburbia The Game - Hate It Or Love It Kanye West - Golddigger With the Blood Brothers "Love Rhymes with Hideous Car Wreck" and Kanye West's "Diamonds From Sierra Leone" being my favourite songs here.

Honourable mentions... Xiu Xiu La Foret, Avenged Sevenfold City of Evil, Bright Eyes Digital Ash in a Digital Urn, Armor for Sleep What to do When You're Dead, 30 Seconds to Mars A Beautiful Lie, but these are all albums i listened to non-stop for a fortnight, and haven't touched since. I think that this has been the weakest year for music that i have lived through. The only christmas-ish song i like is My Chemical Romance's cover of "All I Want for Christmas is You." Other than that, it mostly sucks ass. Dear Bert MacKracken, make good albums, not shitty cameos, sincerely, dan stewart.

i love apparitions, but it's not my favourite. I think i like the Underdogs best, but the solo/acoustic is awesome.

oh man it's awesome when that happens because you wreck stuff when you roll over on whoever you slept with because you're drunk and you forgot you were sharing your bed.
