Old old old, but still more amusing than Chuck Norris "facts"

Some of their stuff is kind of trite, but the melodies and vocals make up for it, without a doubt. I really wish they'd have played at least a song or two from their first album, but alas.

I think Sheila is prettier myself, but they're both such lovely ladies. I remember first meeting them at the Calgary Stampede after they played and asking them if it was true they were opening for MG, and they said yes and that they were uberstoked, and that got me even more stoked. And then I asked them to play a song for me in Calgary, and they didn't, so they made up for it with a picture.

Agreed. Don't get me wrong, it's unfortunate what happened, but if you're claiming to have a gun and are threatening violence against anyone, then really, what do you expect to happen? In regards to shooting him in the arm or the leg to disable him, it's not exactly prudent. If drugs are involved, many times an arm or leg shot is not going to be enough to drop an aggressive assailant.

You know, you could have just yelled that you wanted his babies at a show, like many females and some males did. ;)

Not really. There were already people there by the time I got out there after both shows I saw, and Matt is very gracious in taking the time to sign autographs and take pictures and chat for a couple minutes with the fans.

It was really quite simple: I just found the bus after the shows and waited there.

If you've signed up for zomb to get pintostack's recording, it's also up there. The quality is fantastic. The guitar and vocals come through crisp and clear, as well as Matt's talking during the banter bit. And my yelling >.> And the bit about the rascal is absolutely hilarious.

I agree. The records aren't bad, but I think a lot of it is that Amanda lets loose with her vocals onstage, but seems very restrained on the records, which is disappointing because her voice is killer.

I was at that show, and already have it downloaded, thanks to gursky :angry: Fun fact about this concert: During the "outsourcing" banter bit, the guy who yells out "it's all about the outsourcing, right?" is none other than me ;)

Most of the ones I have are fine all the way through, with the exception of a few songs.

The Ocean is all kinds of kick ass.

Although, if the copy of "As Long As You're Mine" that will be upped isn't choppy all the way through like my file is, that one gets a vote from me.
