  1. Yes Man.... Should have waited for it to come out on cable...
  2. Loose Poodle Delays Fights at Boston Airport Cramped after a Saturday night flight from Detroit, Choochy the poodle broke free after her plane landed at Boston's Logan Airport and for the next 17 hours, the tiny white fugitive managed to elude nearly a dozen Massport employees and State Police, holding up runway traffic as she cavorted on the tarmac. Gideon Lester, a passenger on a delayed US Airways flight to LaGuardia in New York, saw the event unfold. "I'm sitting on a plane at Logan waiting to take off. The runway had been closed because a stray dog, looks like a poodle, is running around the tarmac." Her romp ended yesterday afternoon when she was finally coaxed into custody, but not before she managed to delay at least eight flights for about 20 minutes each, according to Phil Orlandella, a Massport spokesman, who said the pup "did create a little havoc." The poodle "seemed to be having a good time," said Lester, artistic director of the American Repertory Theatre. "They looked like they were running cattle." His fellow passengers were mostly amused rather than annoyed by the runaway, he said, but were "a little incredulous that it would take so many men so many hours to catch this little dog." "Obviously, she's hungry and she's afraid," Orlandella said earlier in the day as employees chased Choochy around the runways. A safe but tired Choochy was reunited with her family, who live in Revere. Orlandella would not release the name of her family.
  3. Socks indeed. I'm still getting gifts. Three pairs of Celtics tix, from my Uncle just came in the mail.
  4. That's why I waited on the PS3, I knew they would get it fully reliable quickly, and I also knew the prices would drop.
  5. Peter Gabriel and Kate Bush - Don't Give Up (Live)
  6. Great Sweater Evan. It's funny, everyone gave me shit for the mini-van, and at first I was a little annoyed, but the kids love the damned thing so much, I could care less. It has been officially dubbed "The Cosby Van", but I'm drawing the line at tacky, colorful sweaters(I have this weird hangup about sweaters being a solid color.), and Jello pudding pops. Also, I totally here you on the sweater vest. Garsk, what an amazing present.
  7. *snicker* You so don't come across as a Beer Wench. Besides, it's two fingers of Famous Grouse, and two fingers of water please.
  8. Pimpish let's see a pic of that sweater bro.
  9. Curtster you need to understand, she's an equal opportunity kind of gal. In fact I think there's some treatise in the Affirmative Action guidelines that applies strictly to whom she can punch. Meaning she'd punch you if you were an old lady, too. Just take it like a man, or old lady and you'll be fine.
  10. They really had a hard time casting the John Wraith role. They needed someone unique. Andre 3000 turned it down...I'm betting he'll regret it later. Will.I.Am is a pretty smart guy...he's also a comic fan, so the hope is that he'll honor the role.
  11. I think this one is going to be so heavily debated and critiqued, that it will have to be damned near perfect for any of us true comic book geeks to appreciate it...in that regard it'll be like seeing the first Christian Bale Batman...where we were all fearful of cheesiness until we saw the first full trailer.
  12. I couldn't find my copy of Chaplin, so I went out and bought one and watched it last night.
  13. I recommend the PS3. If only because when something is broken, they go above and beyond to fix it. I'm actually upgrading to the PS3 in 2009. I waited this long because the PS2 was buggy as shit when it first came out. I sent mine back after three weeks of glitches. They had so many in for repair, and the turnaround was so long they sent me a new one. This one went back after a week. By this time they'd announced they were shipping an updated model with new firmware. I went out and purchased it, and it was great(I was tired of waiting) then they sent me a new one, and it also worked great. Both are still running just fine. The best part is they gave me a rebate when I told them that I went out and bought one. So the one I purchased only cost me like $75 in the end. Looking back though, I should have just waited. I play the 360 at other people's houses, and I like it...but I'm a product loyalist, so until sony makes an absolute piece of shit, and don't fix it...I'll stick with it.
  14. I'd give you a +3 for most creative use of Star Wars to describe awesomeness in another genre.
  15. His wife is calling it an assault...I call it, be glad it wasn't bullets.
  16. Real Genius, Dr. No, and Animal House. Awesomeness!!!
  17. I'm impressed with Trivium, actually. I am totally hooked on Airbourne too.
  18. Dave Matthews Band - Lie In Our Graves(Live 9/3/06)
  19. Tim, I wish to be witness to this uterus implantation.
  20. These people = Nippleheads...nuff said.
  21. In my case, I always ask for socks and boxers from my mom and my grandmother. Here's the method to my madness...I figure if they only by me that stuff, they won't spend money on me. My mom usually get's me other stuff in addition though. Which reminds me, I got boxers too.
