Yeah, I took exception to the language in the beginning...but after watching a couple of episodes, the connection was easily made. I understand how it would be difficult to make the connection from where you sit. Having started on the silver spoon side of the fence and then ending up on the other, the change was hard to connect with for me. Eventually, you adjust. I remember a number of Christmases after I turned 8, that left me feeling like "Riley". Santa definitely owed. I didn't carry the anger though, it just made me more determined to get things myself, with no expectations from others.

I had to find an alternative to milk, when I was a kid. That sufficed. Grape Nuts mixed with Cornflakes in OJ is the tasty-ness.

Some of the humor was over the top...but at the core it was a pretty realistic portrayal of that life...CHeck out the christmas episode, focus on the younger brother's issues with Santa Claus...and you'll get a pretty accurate view of how most inner city kids, with very little money feel about Santa...

I used to love EA hockey. I'm a dedicated EA fan, in fact today is Madden Day(I was too tired to go at Midnight to get it, so I'm getting it in a few hours.) I agree, that no game can really account for everything, but EA was getting there. I lost interest in Hockey video games awhile back, but I still play when I hang with my cousins.

Dude, I don't hate you. Radiohead, love em, always have. Lord Of The RIngs...No interest at all, just holds no appeal for me. Scrubs...Only saw it a few times...I always find it funny for about five mins, then it get's annoying. Milk...I really hate milk(I put Oj in my cereal) Oprah...I fucking hate her, I can't tell you why, I have no clue...but she just creeps me out for some reason. Reality TV and Daytime Talkshows....I just never saw the appeal, it skeeves me out. The only show I ever had any interest in, was Celebrity Fit Club. I just liked the premise...but then it became just as stupid as the rest.
