The Cleavland Show
saturnine replied to here is no why's topic in Rentals, Television, and Readables
last week's episode totally said nіgger -
my dad. after 2 strokes and a heart attack and 2 years in a bed, he refuses to give up as long as his mind is still working. every day that he can think about and love me, my sister and his grand-daughter is a good day and despite being bed-ridden, there is nothing else he'd rather have than us. that takes balls. idolizing rock stars is bullshit.

i hope it will be as good as the geico cavemen show
-
should've ordered more and held onto them until they were out of print. then you could get some sucker to pay 4x the value for it.
-
gaaaay. you don't even need twitter to follow people on twitter because every tweet is mentioned on radio and tv anyway.

nad pp1/2/3 is pretty good.

it clearly specifies who is eligible. if any of those are your area code, you are eligible. doesn't really require any extra clarification. you are focusing on the wrong part of the sentence.

well that question is far too broad. attention from outsider, attention from the media, attention from other fans, attention from myself, attention on this board, etc.

Weezer's Raditude
saturnine replied to alex_madf3rit's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
that's such a cop-out. that excuse always comes out when a band starts to spew out garbage to fulfill contractual obligations. -
uneder-rated based on what criteria?
-
i suppose so. $200 will get the job done.
-
realistically, the cd format should've been phased out about 5 years ago. perhaps 20 years from now, people will preach the sound of their cds. fidelity was never at issue here, though, only the actual sound.

it's called a 'blue chip investment'

listen on a good record player and you'll hear the difference. it has nothing to do with conceit. vinyl is richer, deeper and often times, differently mastered. the current trend in music is to set the 'loudness' to max during mastering so music sounds good on mp3 players. however, it makes music sound like shit on decent musical equipment. vinyl has no such effect.

i thought it was to give yo momma plastic surgery and die? oh, too soon?

not enough demand. niche market from a niche musician = not a chance.

gonna have to find a lot of games to kill the time before diablo 3 drops. like maybe a year and a half worth?
-
it would seem so

it's not about getting the songs - that's way too easy in this day and age, it's about getting a tangible item that is scarce enough to warrant paying a higher-than-average price. think about it. something that is limited to 500 copies on the planet is clearly able to hold a high monetary value because people are willing to pay to acquire it. is it worth $150? absolutely. jeef just proved that.

it's back in stock. i ordered one from maple music last night at 11pm and it was at my door 16 hours later. how ridiculous is that? anyway, there's one on ebay for $100. don't buy that one, k? love you.

Songs You Would Like To Share

refused are just no good. best song ever and a crazy simple video that has always amazed me. the mastering is rather low, so turn the volume up. -
Pretty Much All Of My Mg Stuff Is Up For Grabs...

i'm wondering if anyone who buys these outrageously priced avalanche vinyls actually listens to them.. -
Ohbijou
saturnine replied to Prometheon's topic in Music In General: David Bowie Appreciation Station
that's not even close to being topical. new alice in chains means nothing to me and a perfect circle hasn't been in my good books since 2000. at the very least i would've accepted, say, tool or nine inch nails. in which case, carry on. -
12? maybe 14 after the next round of shows. maybe 10. who the fuck knows.
