Does it edit the file name as well?

Does anyone have a really good piece of software they use that will edit Mp3 Tags and file names accurately and efficiently. Even something to download album art would be awesome as well. I like to have my file names as <artist> - <song title> Any suggestions?

SuperAntiSpyware (SAS), Spybot SD, Ad-Aware. For cleaning out temporary files, cookies, and everything like that use CCleaner http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
