are you for real?! well, since these other people aren't our spouses or friends...fuck'em why should someone whose waited an hour or more give up their spot to someone who waited 5 minutes? that's so assinine for you to even say. if you can't plan your day accordingly, it's not the other concert goers problem I should've seen this coming, since you 2 are Americans.... Anyways, let me rephrase myself...I went off on a tangent instead of focusing on the problem. Yes, those who wait in line to get good spots, shouldn't have to give up spots for people who didn't wait. The main reason for my bitching is the 'trees' who didn't wait, but proceed to the front and start blocking other people's views. At the Mod Club last year, we had 5 ogres that forced their way through the crowd and blocked our view. So sorry for the confusion. Dan I love the way you refer to us tlal people as Ogres, so I guess you won't mind if I refer to you as the litte annoying MIDGET at the shows?

You hit the answer right there....if you are short and worried about you're spot, then get there early, if not stop whining and take what you get..... Just because someone is taller, this leaves short people to get the better spot in the crowd due to there issue of being "Vertically Challenged"? ;)

I know someone else that bootlegged the show and he was at the front with us.....he came from Sarnia and has an AWESOME setup, he let me listen to some of the Toronto show the other night and it's amazing quality. He gave me his number and said he would hook me up!

This won't happen so don't waste you're time. Anyone showing up for the contest has to stay all night as the big prize draw is AFTER the MG show..... I got tickets from The Bear so the doors open at 6:30pm for Bear winners, people that got tickets form MG will be at the "Back of the Bus" ;). Also....on a side note...the Acoustic show in Ottawa was F* amazing last night.....especially front row in front of him..... B)

Waiting from 11am was well worth it in the end, front row with my wife, probably blocking a lot of views. Wearing a white Ottawa Senators hat ;).

WOW! Just got home from the show at Zaphod's. This was FANTASTICALLY interactive. I was one of the very few on the front step (first in line) wooohoo! ;) All I can say is that it was WORTH waiting in line from 11am this morning!!!!

We'll see about that. Ok, I just didn't know if it was one or two tickets they were giving away at a time. Unless I heard wrong llast night, sounds like they only did a couple hundred tickets? Doesn't that leave space for 600 more in there after the free winners? Huh. Guess we'll find out soon. I dont know where you got those numbers but The BEar is giving away 800 tickets and MG gave away 200, the capacity for Capital Music Hall is 1000 people.
