  1. I'm surpised LotGA even got a vote. Don't get me wrong, I love it... but better then both BM and AoB?
  2. There needs to be more Cora's. They do the best Crepes.
  3. voted for Pushing Daisies, Bryan Fuller is a pretty solid writter (Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me), plus it has a very Tim Burtony weird feel to it. It has no hope of lasting, but I'll enjoy the first few episodes, and look forward to getting the complete series boxset next year with a bunch of the unaired episodes =P
  4. Voted for Odette to keep the boy from going home.
  5. I don't see how pre-order sales equate to a good game. By the very fact that it's pre-order means that none of the people who have paid for the game have even played it yet. The game could be an utter disaster, a shell of what Halo 2 was, and it would still have sold just as well in the pre-sales. Not to mention, look how many people saw Titanic, or the Star Wars Prequilogy, by your logic does that make them good movies? I sure hope not. Good Marketing? Yes Good Game? Obviously it's gonna be a matter of opinion, but I'm just gonna go ahead and say no. [This Ecnarf moment has been brought to you by the letter F]
  6. The Lyrics Section on this site has a pretty deffinitive list. Only Reliance & Should've Been A Super Villain are non-recorded songs
  7. I really hope RDM is writting more this year. I always hate it when great show creators who write the best episodes of the series just kind of fade away by the end of the series, getting busy with other projects (ie. Abrams/Alias, Whedon/Buffy...) EDIT: God I miss Farscape.
  8. I wonder if Molly is legal yet
  9. Going for Black Helicopter. I'd vote for A Single Explosion, but it's managed to stay below the radar, it'd be a wasted vote (not a bad song, but far from favorite).
  10. One the one hand, since it's their last season, and they have a lot of ground to cover, hopefully they won't have time to do many stand-alones (It's at it's best durring the multi-part arc's) at the same time, there are a handful are really bad writter that are just not right for the show, which both held down last year, and are still schedualed to write next year, so...
  11. Any songs in particular you're posting up for? ;)
  12. wow, I'm kinda surprised what a comeback in the polls Metal Airplanes has made (in the bad way). I really hated that song in it's demo phase, but when he slowed it right down on the album, the song finally clicked for me.
  13. *shrug* it was more interesting 5 years ago when we first saw it?
  14. ;) I presonally have never smoked, but I'm sure I would have it my friends did.
  15. Bah Disaster was a great episode of TNG, I love it when no one has any faith in Troi, including herself =P Plus it's a family geared show from 1991, how "badass" can it really be? Mind you Michelle Forbes was totally badass, and needed to stay on longer. I wish Global Frequancy didn't fail as a pilot.
  16. She's In It For The Money got my vote this week hands down. Though starting next round is when it's gonna start getting tougher. Mind you, I gotta say, I'm not really feeling Odette, I mean it's a good song, but it's far from the best on the album. At the moment I'm enjoying The Boy Come Home, but I doubt that'll last more then a couple more rounds.
  17. Toss up between Apparitions and ...Baby One More Time
  18. Battlestar Galactica Weeds Six Feet Under The Sandbaggers - The Best show that nobody will ever watch (or of heard of) Carnivale Rescue Me Firefly
  19. The Chase
  20. Beaker won me over in A Christmas Carol when he flipped off Scrooge, and told him to Fuck Off in Me-speak EDIT: Oh, and Watch out for the icy patch!
  21. Ah yeah, It's been a while since I was your man, is very skipable, the music video did help matters much either. Plus, I've been listening to HM non-stop all week, and I'm still got getting True Love Will Find You In The End. I kinda sniker a bit when I hear it cause he's more whiney than usual.
  22. I really wanted to like this show, but it sucking so much made that hard to do. Inner-monologues just don't do it for me anymore. Plus, all the background characters are so sterotypical and just plain annoying. I have to admit there were a few episodes towards the end of season one that made me kinda regret never watching the show again...but then I watched the first couple eps of season two, and then I felt better about ditching it.
  23. Hello Time Bomb is about the only song really dislike
  24. Actually Riker was the one to be eaten, Armus just jizzed on her face to death. ;)
  25. I prefer when songs don't instantly amaze me on the very first listen. I find a much greater appreciation when they just kinda natually grow on me. While the songs I instantly love, I tend to get sick of sooner. As far as I can remeber no album Post BM (my first MGB CD) really jumped out at me on the first go, which is part of what makes them so great. Mind you, I'm sure there were a few Demos Pre-MGB, that really blew me away on the first listen (Umbrellaless, Before You Go, Last Poem's Poet...)
