meaning that Clerks was kind of the voice of under achieving 20something slackers in the early 90s kind of like how Superbad is the voice of nerdy unattractive quasi-nerds of the late 00's.

but, the original was "rubbish" (are you British?) too. I mean, sure, back when it came out, it was something else, but to watch it now... lets just say it wasn't able to withstand the test of time all that well. too many people view it as this epic movie just because it was the first Halloween movie.

I thought neither of those things. I still enjoy the Simpsons and is has actually bee getting better for the past 2 or 3 seasons. also, i loved knocked up, I thought it was very funny and Seth Rogan (who I've been a fan of since Undeclared) did a great job in his role.
