Okay, I use a linksys WRT54G v 6.0 wireless router. I'm trying to update the firmware (because I'm having problems with some things and was recommended to do so) I've found the firmware download on the linksys website but I can't figure out how to open and install it. I know nothing about computers and am on the verge of ripping out my hair (ya know, if I had any) help?

I have an HP running vista and it looks identical to yours. mine was having the same problems and it turned out to be because a hinge was loose (which later broke and fucked me over) if you have a service plan on the laptop, take it in and tell them that you'd like it if they could tighten the hinges. if I had done that in the first place, I wouldn't have a broken hinge.
