So earlier today I was on my laptop, I went to a web page and read something, then I went to navigate elsewhere only to find that my wireless wasn't working. I restarted my laptop and it still wasn't working. I tried going to the HP Wireless Assistant but it won't open. I think my WLAN is dead. Is there any way to check? (keep in mind that WLAN may not in fact be the proper term for it but I don't know because I am a computer retard)

PS3 = Amazing 360 = Amazing All in all, it depends on what you're into. The PS3 doesn't have the online to the same degree that the 360 does. However, the PS3 is reliable whereas the 360 is still plagued with hardware failures (I actually witnessed a display model 360 crash at Best Buy the other day) The PS3 is also much more customizable (you can use any old hard drive in it, insead of having to buy a PS3 hard drive. Also, you can apparently install a different OS if you want to) If you do go with the 360, do NOT go with the $199 arcade model. An Xbox without a hard drive is pointless (and one of the reasons that they're ahead in the market. Sony could drop the hard drive from a PS3 but they know that it is an important feature)

I think we should give out awards for post of the year around here because that one made me laugh a lot

I'm actually glad to hear that there won't be as much acoustically based stuff this time around. Don't get me wrong, the two acoustic shows I've been to have been amazing, but nothing compares to the energy of a good old fashioned Matthew Good rock show.

I saw MGB once at a free Canada Day show. They played Rico then too. I'm sure I've told the story. If I haven't though, tell me and I'll tell it because it always makes me laugh. Those were the days...

Charles, I hate to tell you this but they could never put the Brotherhood into an X-movie and I'll tell you why. As soon as Blob showed up, the shit would hit the fan and some kind of "fat pride" group would come out and bitch to the mainstream media about how "The character "Blob" is an unfair depiction of fat people in America! It is prejudiced and a hurtful stereotype" blah blah blah. You think I'm being ridiculous but remember when the Da Vinci came out and the albinos were mad that there was an albino villain? same type of thing.
