there are people that wear a label because its a label, and there are people who wear the label because of the fabric, or because of the design or because of the lines/fit/uniqueness. there's haute couture and then there's mainstream... it's easy to differentiate between the two if you know what you're looking for.

the only football i watch are the trophy games. but i was flipping channels yesterday and saw the fumble, then watched the last 1:40 seconds of the game, where i trhought FOR SURE the colts would come back. i'm more happy about the pats getting eliminated. i hate when teams win over and over.

i need a super high-res group photo (or something) of coldplay. something that will look awesome printed on a glossy 8x11 page. once again, OTP bucks are up for grabs.

marketing makes the man. in this case, the man didn't have marketing. think about it. they destroyed the flow of BM to include a few hit songs from underdogs to do what? yeah. sell more records. they basically gave him one shot. it didn't do so well so they said 'fuck it'. plus it probably didn't help when the sheep man bashed matt in Rolling Stone... everyone listens to a guy who's a spitting image of a modern day jesus.

so i ended up making reservations at a comedy club, but the girl took her sweet time getting ready and we ended up missing the show. then i tried to convince her that the media club would be fun, but she's trying to detox me, so sitting in a lounge would not be a good idea. we stayed home and decided to make lasagna at around 2am. well we needed something to do for that hour and fourty-five minutes while the lasagna was baking so we decided to go into my bedroom. the whole process took longer than an hour and fourty-five minutes, and when the timer expired i was too busy to take turn off the oven and cool down the lsagna, so it burned and i didn't actually get it out of the oven until shortly after 5 am. and yes, mrs. jesus you can have some OTP bucks for gracing my thread. please send a self addressed, stamped envelope with the requested amount to: SPOILER (Highlight to View) GIVE ME MY CENTSc/o One Trick Pony 3172 Plateau Blvd. Coquitlam, B.C. no. i have a couple of friends who have dispelled the myth.... much to their dismay.

location: vancouver, lower mainland. time: 6pm or so cost: doesn't matter looking for something cool and unordinary (no movies, etc) to do. i went to the art gallery and saw the picasso show (which i highly reccomend) already so thats out. are there any shows or anything tonight? if you're from vancouver and you know how to have some fun times, gimme some ideas here again, i will be awarding OTP bucks to the best suggestions.

UPDATE: just scored a private suite to the 26th and 27th Vancouver Coldplay shows at GM place. thats way better than sitting on the wet grass of the white river amphitheatre.
