Based on your list: porcupine tree - in absentia The song trains off the album: http://www.sendspace.com/file/63kgbr 13&God - S/t Song called Perfect Speed: http://www.sendspace.com/file/bxo004 I can come up with more suggestions, or perhaps upload some full albums if you are interested. -
my top 5 favourite guitar melodies...off the top of my head: king crimson - starless acid mothers temple - la novia deftones - root radiohead - scatterbrain (very ending, it's played twice in a row) tool - towards the end of schism there is the powerful riff for a few bars

Science keeps correcting itself anyways as years progress and more advancements take place. So people do need that original (for lack of better words) leap of faith to form a hypothesis...then use their scientific knowledge to prove it. You seem to rely 100% on scientific fact EC, which is good...but not as fun amitire guyz?!

Shade's Album Upload Topic

1200 posts....who would have though. This calls for a celebration...let me upload something cool... Edit: Alright, this is pretty much the greatest live performance of all time. When Maynard sings the "I am too connected to you to slip away/fade away" it slaughters me everytime. This is why I love music http://www.sendspace.com/file/hjzqi2 -
I would agree with SOME RANDOM. Usually when bands release live albums they tend to go a little too crazy cleaning up the sound. Some of the bootlegs floating around have good sounds and still maintain the raw live feel. I don't know about anyone else but I like hearing the fans sing along to songs...not all the way through, but the parts that warrant it....you know what I mean.

More good bands need live DVDs. Seems only the lame ones have enough money for it though
