When I was a kid with stars in my eyes practicing 8-9 hours a day...seemed to justify the pain....now I'm 40 and in a lot of pain. Please, pick up yer guitar or drums for a few hours and then walk away. Study books ,DVD,s hell just listen....just don't make the the same mistake I made. Carpel tunnel, nerve compression, tendinitis...no fun. Play safe....
