matt good is easily my favourite artist. mgb and dead kennedys are the bands i listen to the most. but matt good dominates with 8 yrs of listening.

true. i would think he believes in a higher power or 'god' if you will, for that is what he refers to most in his songs. ex: if god he gave you a voice than use it. but that could easily just been used to prove his point of standing up for whats right. bahh i dont know.

yes. but half of listening to music is turning it into something that means something to you. not necessisarily what the artist was trying to portray. but theres always the extra fun of finding out what they meant in the first place.

i just found it interesting... he talks about religious figures in a lot of his songs. sometimes he's putting them down like "you pray for the sheep" but at other times... he describes them as a way of life. i was curious as to what others thought. so fuck you if it really effects your personal life that greatly. does it matter? who says shit like that? seriously, if its that big of a problem, dont join a board. the point was to ask a board full of fans. you're an idiot. that about covers it. you're annoying. done and done.

i'm not a fan of greatest hits either. what about bands that dont have radio singles? i think dead kennedys would have an awesome greatest hits album. then again, i suppose they wouldnt be able to compare "greatest hit" quality to a delightful song.

i've thought about this a lot.. and over the past 8 years of listening to matt good i can't figure it out. is matt good religious? at first, i would say no. but the more i read his lyrics (especially the works of avalanche) there are many connections with religion and religious figures. so i give up. help.
