Burn this City is infectious like Gonnorhea, but in the best way possible. Michael makes me wanna have an Amarican Pie 3-esque dance off. LOVE IT -
Killers

Killers album is awesome. Mr. Brightside is one of the best songs this year. -
Wil for sure. He is amazing live. that's not to say that the CD isn't great, but he was just so damn good. Foo fighters as well. Their CDs are amazing, but you can't even touch them live. Actually, come to think of it, most bands are better live. The white Stripes are FUCKING MIND BLOWING live. Woah. I need to recover from just thinking about it.

I saw Metric and Hot Hot Heat and they were both amazing. Goddamnit is an awesome song. It makes me happy. EDIT The band that you saw open for them was the Unicorns. And they are actually pretty tight on CD. I suggest you check it out. -

I think they already had a Creed album written, and the Scott Stapp threw a hissy fit, so they just brought in some guy to do the album, because it sounds exactly like Creed. Horrible, horrible stuff. -
I really wanna see it, but only because I have heard good and bad things and want to judge for myself. Should I wait for DVD?

RNC Drinking Game

This sounds like a game my Residence would enjoy. Although it would likely result in several hospital trips. Oh well, at least they're watching something other than Simpsons for once. -
Presidential Elections 2004

Polls change every day, but I agree with you, the fact that 50% still support Bush's fear Mongering tactics really makes me question the intelligence of the general populus. -
I only hope that they can take that strwength in numbers to the polls. 500,000 New Yorkers protesting is one thing, but it takes a lot more than a protest to remove someone from office. Let's all cross our fingers.

It's such an incredible song, but I think that it's raw nature and one take-style is what lends it the power it has. I wouldn't change it, that's for sure

Why i'm PO'd with "White Light R&R Review" CD...
intellectual all star replied to Moonlight_Graham's topic in Matthew Good
If a lack of a lyrics book with the CD is your biggest complaint, then I'd say that you're doing pretty good. What would you rather have? A fantastic album with no lyrics book or a terrible album with lyrics? -
Does what cover you have really matter? It's the album that's important, no?

The CIA rant is one of the funniest things ever. PS You suck How does it feel to suck so much? Hmm? Sucky?

So, being kind of a big blues fan, this was the one thing I regretted not owning, then I finally bought it, and I was blown away. The recording quality might not be the best, but it is so raw, so technically sound and so powerful that it is no wonder he is praised as one of the best, despite having only 38 tracks to his name. I highly recommend anyone that enjoys the blues buy and listen to his stuff.

The Libertines

Did that album come out this week? Damn it, I'm so far behind in terms of music. Up the Bracket is friggin awesome. And yeah, it is too bad about the guitarist. Damn crazy guy, running off to France. Hopefully he makes it and they cut another album, they're Rad. -

While we're discussing Dave Grohl, let's not forget PROBOT! Awesome and Both versions of this song are amazing. I picked Cash's solely because the video is absolutely heartbreaking.
