  1. First off, Matt's show at Brock in St Catharines was incredible, to say the very least. Matt was funny, and the crowd was co-operative. The only thing was that me and about 30 other fans were waiting near the bus after the show (I heard normally Matt comes out and talks to the fans and autographs stuff and such), and we waited for an hour and a half as the equipment was being packed up, only to have the bus drive away, and it turned out Matt was in there the entire time. But oh well, maybe at the Buffalo show I'll have more luck. Plus one of the promo guys I know took the setlist I got and is getting it signed and bringing it to me soon ;) Speaking of the setlist, this may not be in correct order, but this is what he played. Indestructible Symbolistic White Walls In A World Called Catastrophe Sort Of A Protest Song Hopeless Can't Get Shot In The Back If You Don't Run So Long Mrs. Smith Load Me Up Fated Alert Status Red Empty Road Strange Days Apparitions ENCORE: Hurt (with Melissa McCelland) The Fine Art Of Falling Apart Tripoli Generation X-Wing It's Been Awhile Since I Was Your Man (not on setlist) Prime Time Deliverance (not on setlist) I'd tell the correct order, but the promo guy has the set list until the next time I see him (he works at my local CD store) But anyway, it was a spectacular show, Matt's voice was incredible, and literally every song was a standout, although PTD was a great closer. Hopefully I'll meet Matt after the Buffalo show.
  2. Are we allowed to bring devices (recorders, cell phones, digital cameras) that record audio or video on this tour? Thanks.
  3. That's awesome man, thanks so much.
  4. OK, thanks very much. I think I might go over to Brock tomorrow and find out the details.
  5. Are you positive it is 19+? I know on NF it says it is, but Brock concerts are normally all ages I believe, plus I'm friends with a 17 year old who is going, has tix already, and is not using a fake ID. So, I'm really curious about this...
  6. Yeah, I'd say it's one of the few covers that's better than the original. But I need to hear Matt play this!
  7. Actually, Johnny Cash covered the song Hurt from Nine Inch Nails, off of their 1994 album The Downward Spiral. And if Matt played this, for the love of God, I hope someone bootlegged it. ;)
  8. At Isaac's Pub, it gives no info on how to get tickets. Anyone know?
  9. Now it's on Melissa's website that she is opening in Buffalo.
  10. Ok, I was turning radio stations and turned it to 9.77 htz fm in St Catharines. This is what I heard "...on Jay Leno tomorrow (actually, she might of said tonight, I forget). So tune in to see Matt Good on TV" She didn't mention anything else, but this left me wondering. Anybody know anything?
  11. I just bought my tix to the April 7th Buffalo show over at Club Infinity, and it said With Special Guest on the site I ordered tickets from. I had assumed it was Melissa McClelland, however, when I checked her tour dates on her site, it appears she is opening for every date (or nearly every date) besides the Buffalo show. A bunch of dates opening for Matt before April 7th, and a few dates after, but it appeared she wasn't opening in Buffalo. Is this an error, or is someone else opening? Or is there no opener in Buffalo at all? Does anyone even know? Thanks.
  12. How quickly do you think the Buffalo show will sell out?
  13. While We Were Hunting Rabbits, although both are spectacular songs.
  14. WAAAAAAAAAAY too difficult... I'll choose Prime Time Deliverance by a hair..
  15. SUBURBIA WHILE WE WERE HUNTING RABBITS
  16. Weapon Apparitions
  17. 1) Fated.... BY FAR 2) Sort of A Protest Song... JUUUUSSTTT BARELY! 3) Weapon... kinda tough 4) Apparitions... barely again, but Apparitions is just classic. 5) While We Were Huting Rabbits... ANOTHER close one, but I gotta give it to WWWHR.
  18. 1) Strage Days 2) Running For Home.... VERY TOUGH! 3) Born To Kill... BARELY 4) Near Fantastica
  19. 1) Born To Kill 2) Near Fantastica 3) Workers
  20. Crusader confirmed it to be real, Shortcut.
  21. Matthew Good just posted in this forum, got into an argument with fans of his, and no one, NO ONE, is talking about it? Wow.
  22. I hate you all for knocking out Protest Song. I really do. Haha, just kidding. 1) Sort Of A Protest Song 2) Born To Kill (Beautiful Midnight Version) 3) Near Fantastica 4) Fine Art Of Falling Apart Whoa, it was hard deciding between Fine Art, Truffle Pigs or Workers.
  23. 1) Sort of A Protest Song... just never really got into AOPC. It's not bad, just nto as incredible as most of the other AoB tracks. 2) Suburbia, even though I love EIA. 3) TOO DIFFICULT!!! I think I would have to go with Apparitions. 4) OMG... I thought the other one was hard?!? Wow... two amazing songs... I guess... if someone put a gun to my head and forced me to choose... Workers...
  24. 1) Symbolistic White Walls... pretty close, but the title track isn't anywhere near my favourite on Avalanche, and SWW is just an outstanding earlier track. 2) Fated... this was really hard. 3) Weapon... probably my favourite MG{B} song (haven't quite decided yet), but NF is another one of my favourites... I hate you for making me choose, Shaun... lol jks jks. 4) Born To Kill... BARELY BARELY BARELY BY A FREAKIN' HAIR!!!! 5) OMG... tooooo hard!!!! Ummm... Running For Home... wow...
  25. 1) Man Of Action (just BARELY) 2) Weapon (TP is incredible, but come on, it's Weapon, one of the greatest songs ever made... it's just terrific) 3) Sort Of A Protest Song (see above explanation for Weapon) 4) Tripoli (Rooms) (I hate you for making me make this decision... it's like awesome-super-amazing Vs. amazing-super-awesome...) 5) Advertising On Police Cars (it's great, but I believe it to be a bit overrated. OBJ isn't amazing either, so AOPC wins)
