I just admire how the lyrics are so odd. Some of the people that listen to MG/MGB don't even realize what he's saying sometimes heh. He sure was a lot more angry back then ;) It was fun.

I know this is a bit remote but he sometimes sounds like The Guess Who. As for non-canadian artists The Who ofcourse and a bit of Dylan.

Any band that releases mp3s are great. Not a big Sigur Ros fan but I've listened to Massive Attack, Badly Drawn Boy, and other bands in the same genre. Sigur Ros is pretty cool.
