i agree, and it does happen, but when there is a name or a face involved it's hard for me to do. i can make fun of the concept of handicaps but not of handicapped people.

It is only the characteristics of the chair that caused it. Beyond that, it has nothing to do with a person being disabled in any way. One could just as easily snag their belt on something and be carried in the same manner. Hilariously.
