Comeback Kid?

okay, so at work today, i had a married couple of guests. the woman was wearing a Tooth And Nail windbreak. I told her I remember buying an album from that record label.

 

she asked me if i knew "comeback kid?"

 

i lied (i think) and said yes. "oh, our son is the lead singer of that band!"

 

just wondering if i should be impressed.....ok, thanks.

They're from Winnipeg and Comeback Kid is pretty big in our scene. Although I don't quite care for their type of music, they're great live and know how to put on a show.

I saw them at Warped a couple years ago on one of the mini stages, and next to Thrice, it was probably my favorite performance of the day.

I like em...I wouldn't be impressed persay but they are a good old school sounding hardcore band.

 

tooth and nail had some good hardcore bands back in the day...
