I think Incubus is just more of a singles band than an album band.

if you'd listened to an entire incubus album, you'd know that the singles are typically not their best songs.

I listened to all of their albums, but most of my favorite songs are their singles. Perhaps your favorites aren't.

alot of my favorites weren't singles (mexico, a crow left of the murder, sick sad little world, etc), but drive was a single and that's the song that made me take them seriously. i'd heard science before that, but drive hooked me.

Mexico is an exception to what I said, I really love that song. And I can't remember what song got me into them, probably Drive too but I don't really like that song anymore.

it's apples and oranges (and originally this thread was about two videos, not who's better..but anyway). i think matthew good's lyrics/vocals are richer than incubus's, but if you strip away the vocals, then incubus's music is a lot more interesting. they're stronger than each other in different areas. apples and oranges.
