The New Radicals...

I have that one song that I put on for laughs now and then.

WAKE UP KID, you got the dreamers disease...

you only get what you give.

I prefer the old radicals

Please ;)

Schweet, as soon as my internet is allowing me to upload stuff again, those will be the first things I do.

This isn't my favourite Amos, but I think it's her most underrated and should be heard by more people:

Tori Amos - Under The Pink

Aaaaand I have to share this, as Canadians are the only ones who would know what it is. I've been looking for this album for quite sometime... finally found it the other day while shopping. It's nothing special but I used to be obsessed with the song "She's So Young" ... cheesy Canadian pop here kids.

I love that Tori Amos album. me & a friend of mine sat in the front row for her show ehen she was just starting out (Little Earthquakes has JUST been released) and she had a skirt on and those see thru panties, and she sits all funny at the piano, so needless to say we were pretty distracted by her.

Dude, Sarah Harmer is awesome. (In my opinion of course. My dad also likes her... but he has really good taste in music.) Perhaps what Meg was trying to say is that she's a bit "easy listening" ??

My dad also has an awesome taste in music. Alongside many 60's/70's rock bands, he also listens to Radiohead, Elliott Smith, Jeff Buckley and even stuff I don't listen to like Goldfrapp.

my dad just listens to classical music which is fine with me, but when I play my music for him, he really likes it, and says i have good taste in music.

but most of what i listen to come from my brothers and sisters who are older than i am. i grew up listening to early genesis, the beatles, the who, and countless others.

Me and my father are polar opposites. He's 52 years old and loves all the new stuff - he called me excitedly the other day telling me he got tickets to see Dropkick Murphys & Flogging Molly. I like some new music, but I'm also still trapped in the 60s and 70 still with stuff like The Beatles, Elton John, The Who, Cat Stevens, etc

i'm listening now. i remember this song (basement apt.).

edit: i also remember "don't get your back up".
