Halo 3

If you are interested, Microsoft is allowing billions upon billions of people to play the beta build of Halo 3 this spring. (Ok, not billions, but a bunch). Check out www.halo3.com on December 4 to sign up and hopefully get picked. If that doesn't work, there are other options, Microsoft says. Of course, you will have to have a Xbox 360 and Live.

I dunno, it's a pretty good game. Definitely the most fun console FPS I've ever played.

counterstrike is/was a way better fps than halo. Perfect dark and goldeneye also trump it

In their time, yeah. But my buddies and I played Goldeneye the other day and were shocked at how utterly terrible and unplayable it is by today's standards.

 

The missions are still....ok. But multiplayer is just garbage.

that's an awesome screenshot. however, i doubt in-game action looks anything close to that.
