I didn't notice any flooding, but that's what they say...

 

Really, it's just a lot of water runoff going into the reservoirs, and for some reason the facilities can't process it fast enough or something of the sort.

Sorry, we had this happen here a few times last spring, and some of my employees threatened to drink the water...
