Anyone have any info regarding the image on the back of Matt's acoustic tour t shirts? Did he create this image or has anyone come across it somewhere else?

I guess more specifically, I'm interested in the writings surrounding the sun graphic, and their meaning. It's pretty much undecipherable on my shirt, so, if anyone has a clue...giddy up! Someone has to know.
