but then you would have to wonder what conciquence would come from that. killing hitler would change a great deal of history. it makes you think what the world would have been like.

"personally i wouldnt kill hitler because i think he is an awesome guy."-eric cartman-southpark.

but i would. snipe him in WW1

If you killed hitler in WW1 I'm sure that someone would have taken his place, maybe even someone worse.

I think I'd go back and meet a philospher like Plato

i would like to meet churchill, as for killing someone, if you killed hitler in during the first world war, it would total change history. but if you were in the Soviet Army during the Second World War, i am sure you could have pissed on his burnt body. Me, personally, i would like to crush karl marx's with money.

As much as I'd like to kill someone in the past, it would likely have too many reprecussions on the present and future. Then again I'd like to refer to Sparq on the time travel business...

hopefully he reads this and posts his thoughts on it as they are typically hilarious...

I have nothing funny to add, nor anyone important in the grand scheme of things.

But I'd choose a couple of dead relatives I was too young to appreciate at the time.

Id probably want to go talk to Emma Goldman...

My sister is named after her...

Hmmm... I'd probably meet Marx, Lenin and Trotsky. We'd have a party and invite McCarthy. Then we'd play russian roulette with a semi-automatic (McCarthy would go first of course)

I'd push a very pregnant Barbara Bush down a flight of stairs.

You already did. 'Aint causeality a bitch?

Nah. In cause-effect relationships, the cause usually chronologically precedes the effect.

May I now quote song lyrics in a pseudo-Bohemian fashion?

Really? thats pretty cool. If i ever have a daughter I want to name her Emma. And i was thinking Liberty, for a middle name. I think that'd be a pretty nice name, Emma Liberty Halliwell.

Ah, but in a single-branch timeline scenario, in order for you to go back and do that, you have to have done it already (in fact, you're still doing it. An infinite number of unrealised yous are constantly doing it, existing in simultaneous quantum superposition with one another, each infinitesimally out of synch with the next). Because of the nature of cause and effect, all decisions and actions are effectively preordained forward and backward towards infinity through the timeline.

You may proceed with pseudo-Bohemia. Quantum temporal mechanics suggest that you're already doing it anyway.
