that is pretty close to a tag line for a construction company a client used as an example of what they were looking for. i think it was "big enough to deliver, small enough to listen".

a lot of companies use it. isn't it the ultimate vision you'd want to portray? it's a spin on a quote originally coined by a woman named evelyn underhill who questions "if god were small enough to be understood, he would not be big enough to be worshipped"
