Is there a version of weapon that's acoustic? I would so love to hear it.

he mentioned at at least one of the acoustic shows that it's all good during the intro, but once that riff kicks in, it all goes to hell.

that makes me feel better about never being able to figure out a good way to play it when i had an acoustic ;)

That was the show in London, he played bits of it to the leadup then stopped and laughed.

it sure did sound great for that 15 seconds he actually played though.

Ya he explained why he couldn't do Weapon acoustic at one of the Vancouver shows. But I think that if he could make Indestructible acoustic, he could experiment with Weapon.

This and many other songs will be played soon!!!! Matt said it himself. He's gonna do a "Half song Tour" for all the songs that just don't work acoustic. I can't wait!!!

There's an acoustic Indestructable?! Wow. I don't think I've ever heard it.

 

I remember Matt saying that Hello Time Bomb would never sound good acoustic, but he did it in Rooms. I'm not a big fan of it, but I think I'd love to hear what Weapon would sound like acoustic.

But it's hard to compare it to the original, cause they're so different.

i heard acoustic indestructable at the acoustic show in nanaimo last july. in my opinion it was the best song of the night. it's much different than the normal version and i wish i caught it on video.

 

does anyone have any leads to where i could get another listen?
