sounds pretty good so far..8 tracks and its an hour and 20 mins.

So far it sounds likes frances on mute but I'll give a better review once ive actually listened to it all.

Yup, its an allright cd. And Day of the Baphomets is a real solid track, one of their best.

I've only heard the album twice...that was a month ago. It was great from what I remember.

I'm hearing Viscera Eyes on myspace and I love it. It's cool when he sings in Spanish. This track is also really restrained and conventional for them. I like it. As cool as their experimentation is, I've always preferred their more accessible songs to just listen to. Hmm, it's also a really short song if the one on myspace is the song in its entirety. I'm looking forward to this album after hearing this.

Sometimes listening to Mars Volta makes me miss At the Drive-In. But that said, what I've heard of this album is pretty fucking tops. Not going to download 'till I've got it in my hot little hands.

Hmm, the Viscera Eyes I have is 9 minutes and a bit, and its friggin awesome.

Yeah, I was pretty sure the one off MySpace wasn't the entire song. I'll hear the entire thing when I buy the album. It is really awesome, and I still think it's more accessible than a lot of the stuff from the first two albums, which is a good thing in my opinion.

they first posted the song on myspace in its entirety, by posting it in halves. then for whatever reason, they decided to just post a shorter version which may or may not be how it sounds on the radio.

Do they even get airplay of any sort? Videos, radio, whatever? I don't think I've ever seen or heard them in the "mainstream."
