Flashdance Ii Is A Single?

Hey..so im listining to the radio tonight (digital) and they played flashdance II. I was like no way. I don't think this station does requests so i'm just wonderin if flashdance II was actually a single?

Either way Im stoked that i got to hear that.

I don't think it was actually a single. I've heard it a few times, but those have been requests, and a few other non-single songs have been played as well. Giant and Suburbia were two other songs mentioned in another thread, and I heard Empty Road on the radio a couple years ago before IBAWSIWYM was released as a single.

I remember it being on the Radio a few times, when Loser Anthems came out. I am not sure if it is a single.

It was a radio-promo single sent out to various stations before the release of Loser Anthems. Much like Oh Be Joyful.

when in a coma was released, FM96 would play 2-for tuesdays, and they would frequently play oh be joyful and flashdance II

I heard Flashdance II on the radio one day at work, and it was a good thing as well. It prompted me to go to the record store and buy Loser Anthems.

 

My friend is jelous that I have an orignal copy and he doesnt ;)
