My vote for this one is Omissions.

Actually one of my favourite songs on any album, and I've always associated as having a similar sound to 'I, The Throw Away.'

 

I do love 'Haven't Slept in Years,' though.

Haven't slept in years wins my vote. I love to sing along to it. I think it's one of Matt's catchiest tunes.

it was because of me accientally downloading the war is over / omissions, that i got into matthew good several years ago, and completely changed my musical taste.... so my votes pretty obvious

Symbolistic, I would picked Omissions if the the War is Over was included. By far the best one two punch of the record.
