I really was looking forward to him playing 'It's been a while since I was your man', but I went to the Sat show and he didn't play it ;)

I think the last time I heard Matt play Running For Home was at the Calgary Stampede in 2001.

 

The sun was setting and there were 5000 people singing along and it was absolutely stellar.

that sounds amazing.

I saw him play that, and enjoy the silence in 2003 in Nanaimo. I'm going to the July 31st show and I really hope he plays primetime deliverance.

Are there any songs that you wanted to hear Matt play at a show and he didn't. I saw him the other night i desperately wanted to hear Prime Time Deliverance and he didn't play it. But he did play Fated so i was happy.

 

I would also kill to see "Push" and "Whispering in the Dark" live

I would love to hear failing the rhaurcharck test or let's get it on or I miss new wave or born to kill. I'm pretty sure I did hear those a long time ago but it would be stellar to hear any of them again. or euphony or primetime deliverance/inescapable.

I'd love to hear "The Bombmaker", "The Ocean", or "Dancing Invisible" which I think are 3 incredible older songs of his. I think they'd fit beautifully into his acoustic tour set.

His cover of Enjoy The Silence. Thats only if i ever get to see him live, which probably won't happen.

I had a live version of this song, but eventually got rid of it. It sounded identical to the album version, but with more crowd banter and lower quality.
