is this one of those questions where the answer is messed up because of how you worded the question? "which side is it going" doesn't make any senses. we all ASSUME you mean which WAY or which DIRECTION or which side is it going TOWARDS.

Assuming you meant way or direction, then according to the picture it isn't moving. The symmetricality makes no difference, and the drawing doesn't indicate any movement.

 

 

Unless this is a trick question and I way overanalyzed it by looking at it within the framework of physics.

Well looking at the wheels, the little circles are slightly off centre. Is this relevant? Due to the position of the right wheel, I would guess it's going left, but I dunno if that was intentional or not as it's supposed to be symmetrical.
