Self-Titled for sure. It's the most raw and most honest record--don't listen to Grohl when he says that the lyrics are non-sensical and that it's just a bunch of demos. The Colour And The Shape is a close second.

I can't remember any amazing songs on the three last records, there were some nice ones, but nothing mind-blowing like Everlong or Walking After You.

Well I would argue that "Come Back" off One By One is better than Everlong.

I've never really said it about any band and meant it before, but I honestly can't choose. Despite constantly hearing otherwise, they've produced nothing but consistently wicked albums for me.

i love foo fighters. they only album of theirs that i don't have is the self-titled one for some reason...hmmm...but the colour and the shape is awesome. i choose that one

I can't remember it. I'll take a listen and tell you what I think about it. The only good song I remember off One By One is Low.

Maybe, I don't know. It has decent songs, I'm not saying it's a bad album. I don't think any of their albums is bad. But just not great.
