sold 4000 copies of their ep on their own, played the montreal date of the vans warped tour but, no they are neither punk or emo in my opinion, describe themselves as "modern melodic alt. rock ". check them out www.pacermusic.com

they played my high school cafeteria once...

 

which was odd since we are a school of 1400 in a suburb of markham.. but they werent bad actually

But that said, probably better than any one of those bands, and maybe even all three put together. Not that that necessarily makes them good either.
