hey im a huge blue rodeo fan, and these guys openned for them on their "world tour" (sorta) anyways, these guys are going on tour right now, oct 25 in calgary at the whiskey, check em out.

I'm sure there's already a thread for this group but yeah... they're great. One of those bands like Sam Roberts and the Hip that actually sound Canadian. Which is a good thing.

I saw Matt Mays and his band peform in Buffalo over the summer, I had already had both his cds, and was blown away by them.

 

He and his band are really awesome to see live. And at the close of the Sam Roberts concert, Matt and his band came up on stage, to perform with Sam Roberts.

 

If you like Tom Petty/Neil Young, check these guys out.
