I caught a couple of the performances and was thoroughly unimpressed.

The Arcade Fire, Ashlee Simpson, and Alexisonfire's performances were top notch. However, the rest of the program was ho-hum.

 

God Bless Jamie Kennedy (from the Scream movies) for lighting up a joint and proclaiming his love for pot loving Canada.

i'll tell you what the hype is: they are just like every other band that is popular. mediocre and thus somehow hype-inducing.

La La obviously means sex, but its vague enough (well not really) that she can give an answer other than sex when asked about it. Which she has and its pretty ridiculous.

 

She's an atrocious singer and I wish she would disappear.
