For me, they're really a giant "meh." There's some good songs, but nothing that would make me want an entire album.

Big Wreck was good, but i really like Thornley too, i saw them live in Feb in my campus and they put on a great show.

My first concert (Edgefest `99) featured Big Wreck, I got them to autograph my copy of "In Loving Memory" from what I remember Ian was a bit of a dick. I'm was a huge fan of Big Wreck and I own the new Thornley disk but it just isn't the same.

big wrecks guitarist, brian doherty, comes to my family gatherings sometimes and we play volleyball. his wife (tina, i believe) is hot. i've swam with his kids.

edit- i believe they are his step-kids.
