....then he gets a restraining order on you as well! i am matt obsessed but i would never stalk him. waiting outside a concert makes you a fan, outside his apartment makes you a stalker.

He's talking about the original Scot. The one who we're all talking about as the stalker. The one who spells his name "Scot". That's why he said "Scot" and not "Skott".

 

Unless that's actually you too. Is it? Scot?
