I like Bale..he was good in Equilibrium (martial arts wise) and in american psycho there was just some shots of him that really displayed a dark presence....so yeah I can see this guy as Bruce all tormented and such

I would have enjoyed it if marilyn manson played him as was origionally rummored (origionally as in 2 years ago). I just hope they dont screw up batman again like hollywood seems to be good at doing after the last 2 movies.

interesting in deed, when I first heard of this movie and seen the trailor I originally thought that the villain was Rajaghul...apparently Bruce justs gooes to his temple and the scarecrow is teh villain...interesting indeed

scarecrow totally fits the aim of the new movie... they're looking to go back to a darker, disturbed batman - what better villain than one who prays on those sentiments?

No, he wasn't that bad in Star Wars, I'm just saying he doesn't make or break a film. Christian Bale rocks though.

This movie will be sweet. They had to cut some of the good stuff out of it, because originally it obtained an "R" rating, believe it or not. Should be very dark, yet insightful into Batman's character in the first and second movies...not so much batman forever or batman with muscles(Arnold) Michael Keaton will be forever the best batman, but I think George Clooney could have done an equal job if he was presented with those opportunities way back in the day

The only other movie I saw staring Christian Bale was Equilibrium, which is one of my favourites since. If anyone is into George Orwell's 1984 or the Matrix to some extent, its a great movie to try out.

Hold up, Rob Roy? That was fine entertainment! Great twist at the end, the sword grabbing and all.
